Battleye is started by the launcher, but unable to receive status messages

Description

Game crashed two days ago, and since then I'm getting booted within about 5 minutes for "Battleye client not responding". In the A3 launcher, I'm seeing the following error messages in the Battleye section:
"Launcher has started BattlEye but is unable to receive status messages"
"BattlEye messages will not be displayed in this log."
Prior to the game crash, there was never any issue. I did not read the game crash error message.

I have wiped the three file locations and verified game cache. No fix.
I have wiped the game and completely reinstalled. No fix.
I have updated drivers and firmware on my PC, router, and modem, and then power cycled them for one hour. No fix.
I have attempted to directly use the installed .bat file to reinstall BattlEye. No fix.
I have put all A3 and BattlEye apps to run in admin mode. No fix.
I have ensured BattlEye is whitelisted on Windows Firewall. No fix. Disabled all firewalls. No fix.
I have ensured BattlEye as a service is running when the error occurs. I have stopped it and restarted it manually. No fix.
I went to page 2 of Google looking for solutions. Please help.

I'm having the same issue with DayZ, ironically not with Arma3.
