Bad FOV detection leading to low quality resolution LODs of terrain objects

Description

I figured this must've been reported before, but I couldn't find any tickets mentioning this issue.

As you may have noticed, the game doesn't detect the FOV properly, causing low quality resolution LODs to pop up even if you're directly looking at an object, and conversely seeing the high quality resolution LODs if the object is at the corner of the screen.

Examples (this issue occurs on all terrains):

1. Looking at objects in the distance with an FOV < 0.75 (e.g. zooming though binocs):

It is recommended that you compare these images side by side to see the issue better.

2. Looking at objects at FOV = 0.75 (no zoom): (this case is not observed on Ultra object detail setting, so Very High or lower detail is needed)
