When you load the rifled slugs into the double barrel shotgun and eject them they disappear from your inventory until you log out and back in. Sometimes my character will load in buckshot as well and the rifled slug ammo will disappear for some reason; still returns after logout and login.

Steps To Reproduce
Simply have a double barrels, OO buckshot and rifled slugs. Load rifled slugs into shotgun. Douobe tap Y to eject slugs, check inventory and the UNUSED slugs will be missing. Log out and back in and the slugs will have returned.
