@IceHK2 Does this happen even without mods enabled? Have you tried the possible solutions listed here?

@beastsounds45 Your report is a completely different issue. You do not even have the same error. You have a 0xC0000135 - STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND. Please next time create a separate issue rather than adding dumps to other issues. Also please, try these possible solutions.
