Stuck in Base....After update 1.08 unable to get a prompt to open code lock or open fence nor the prompt to demolish gate or fence.
I have tried all tools without success.

My players on Xbox are experiencing this exact same thing, also. Some work as normal, others do not and I'm being told it's most prevalent with watchtowers in progress. Was also just told that they can add materials from the prompt, but cannot retrieve them. Worth noting that we do have the no base damage option that was added earlier by Nitrado enabled.
