I could not shuffle the inventory of a ruined patrol jacket (bug or feature?).
When I relogged, all of the items in the jacket were gone.

Perhaps this is part of the "Ruined items can not receive attachments or items into their cargo" change.
If so, I don't think it makes sense for them to disappear only when you log out. It also seems particularly punishing given how easily clothing is ruined.
