It seems the vanilla targeting hud for jets (and more I assume) stutters on targets that are not local to the client, I feel its probably due to some sort of logic using the "simulation" position for the target instead of the "visual" position for the target (getPos vs getPosVisual)
- Operating System
- Windows 10 x64
- Ingame UI
- Run up a remote dedicated server instance.
- Run up a client and connect to the dedicated server.
- Load up included mission and try to lock in to the target via right-click or keybind action for locking target
- Observe that the green targeting box and locked diamond have this weird stutter (presumably because of using the wrong positional data?)

You can then try the same via singleplayer or a local MP session running the same mission and you WON'T get the stutter in the green targeting hud elements.
