Been noticing this for the last few days (since I came back to the game). The screenshots speak for themselves really; looks like a bug in the animations. It makes driving in first person impossible. This happens even when mods are all disabled, and only appears in the editor. The animations/stances are clearly messed up for all vehicles at the moment.
This can be reproduced by simply placing a vehicle with crew in the editor. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether the player enters the vehicle during a mission; the result is the same.
I'd have thought that a bug like this would have been widely reported and hard to ignore so it's possible that it's just my game. Though I have no idea how I'd go about fixing it.

Thanks for the response. I've verified the integrity of the game files and the problem seems to have been sorted....hopefully for good.
