Every few minutes while driving a car it freezes and makes you crash. The issue is so bad it's not even worth using a vehicle in game. Also there are inventory issues where items get stuck in the storage and the only way to remove it is to restart your game. I just bought this game. I really love it but these issues make the game unenjoyable.

Steps To Reproduce
Just drive a car for about 5 minutes. As far as inventory goes it seems to happen when your moving items around a lot like when your organizing yourself. I like my medical and food supplies in one area and my bullets and weapons in another area on my person. The only fix I have figured out is to restart my game.
