For the jacket disappearing...I don’t know pick up a jack from the ground and press triangle to apply. For it did that and instead of switching my equipped jacket to my hands or on the ground, the jacket and ALL it’s belonging, food, repair kits, etc disappeared.

For the chest issue, try placing a variety of items inside a crate or barrel and then removing them. Some will come out others will not. Size/space of item doesn’t matter because I cannot even remove the items to place them in my hands.

Any way to get lost items back or am I SOL?
