Whenever you switch to hands with an item in a crate or vehicle, that item is stuck/glitched in the inventory and cannot be taken out until a server reset. It happens with any item that is in your inventory. This has happened every time I have tried it with any item that I have tried with. Food, rags, tools, weapons.

Steps To Reproduce
Ways to reproduce the issue: When you have an item in your hand and switch it with something inside a vehicle or crate the item that was switched from your hand into the inventory of the crate or vehicle will be stuck in the inventory and you have to wait for a server reset for the issue to be resolved. You cannot exit the server to manually fix the bug.
