This bug is associated with input system specifically the pressing/holding 'r' key to reload mags and ammo from inventory
and sometimes even synchronization with server and client.
Sometimes by holding/pressing 'r' key to reload mags and gun get stuck thus making the gun unusable.
Case 1: Found a gun and a mag for it. I have gun in hands and trying to insert a mag by holding 'r' key. Mag won't go in.
I would say most common case of this bug is the reproduced method above with holding gun in hands and reloading a magazine by holding 'r' key.
I would say this bug happens as often as 1/3 cases in my experience.
This bug has been present since the reloading by pressing/holding 'r' key mechanic was introduced.

You have problems in the game on the account of the 5 server.
