All I did was open arma.
Told it to launch with no mods and all the DLC except Global Mobilization and Contact and it crashes telling me about network card

Go to your Arma folder, into addons and delete structures_f_mil.pbo. Then verify your game files via steam.

Maybe just delete the whole "Addons" folder and let steam redownload it
