Since last update I've had my client hard crash about 5 times - one per play day.

I've been in IT business for almost 30 years now.
Not in a trade for simpletons, like yours i.e. gaming, but more like life-death IT stuff.
A word to your CEO, how about getting rid of wannabes, and contract some real serious professional programmers?
