Sometimes cars will make constant sounds as if breaking hard even though it is being driven normally. This applies to any passengers in the car, but not the driver. Very annoying bug when it happens.

Steps To Reproduce
Drive with more than one player in the car. If the bug happens - not sure how to reproduce it, it has happened to me often and watching a stream today it happened - the passenger(s) will hear constant wailing from the tyres even though the driver is not breaking.

This is still happening by the way. Appears to be desync related, I have had it happen on official servers as well as modded, what vehicle it is does not seem to matter.
