Při vytvoření nové postavy by se měla vytvořit nová postava.

Šli vytvořit pouze 3 postavy, na Experimentalu pouze 2.

Hello Karlosmrt.
You cannot create a new character through the menu to overwrite your current character on a server(this is a design choice). The only time a new character appears is once your current character dies. The official servers use the same Hive and therefore the characters are shared between these, however, on the community servers you usually have a character per each server.

I want to create a new character on a new server. The problem is that instead of creating a new character, the last character played moves to the server I chose for the new character.

This is normal behaviour. You cannot have two characters on two diffferent servers when it comes to the official servers. This is possible only on community servers that do not share the character database.
