Good day, 2 days ago I've encountered a problem. All of the known modders, coders or developers don't know how to fix it. It's a problem with Arma 3 Tools Publisher. It just doesn't boot up. When I'm launching it from any place, process even not appearing. Every instrument from arma tools is ok, except for publisher. It worked like 2 and a half days ago and everything was fine. I tried reinstalling several times, checking file integrity, running from Admin, using compatibility mode, tried windows Safe Mode, replaced work folder in tools, reinstalled bulldozer, installed all latest windows uptades and directX, installed all graphics drivers, reinstalled whole arma and even STEAM. No luck. Please help. Thanks in advance.
