Ability to define handAnim per magazine on weapons using magazine proxies

Description

Currently, it is already possible to define a reload action in a magazine for a weapon using magazine proxies, it would very useful being able to also define a different hand position animation per magazine for weapons where different magazine might require holding a weapon in a different way. For example, this would be useful for weapons where the default hand position has the character holding the gun by the magazine well and if, for example, a drum magazine is inserted, that hand position might cause clipping between the hands and the drum. Some mods already attempt to do this using various scripts that exchange weapons for different classes when changing magazines, but a built-in solution would be much better.
