You guys MUST have noticed how cheap and nasty the rain effects look ?
When you are sprinting you can easily tell that the rain is a tiled texture (see screenshot), and the texture sheet shifts and changes direction with the player as he runs.
It is just horrible. Like a placeholder feature instead of the completed feature.
