Trying to build a fence in a shed.. I have already placed a fence kit, and 2 logs.. Used a shovel and made the posts... Attached materials 20 planks and 56 nails.. Using a hammer or hatchet, I'm given an option to make wooden frames upper layer, lower layer or platform. I've tried the upper and lower layers frames.. Character shows me hammering the materials to construct the fence, circle completely goes all the way around.. But the fence never builds.. No materials were used....
