The marker for the Vagalala - Ouméré highway checkpoint marker is located at [0,0,0] in the bottom left of the map.
This can be seen when looking at the "CSAT: Checkpoints (Tanoa)" intel in the map. Clicking on the Vagalala - Ouméré text moves the camera to the bottom right where the marker is. All the other markers in that intel window work correctly.
