Games crashes after 5-10min of playing, I can play DayZ experimental for hours without issue, regular DayZ crashes everytime no difference what I am doing whatsoever. it just shuts down and gives me error Status Access Violation, I can't see any dump crashes in my DayZ folder, only managed to save crash report from individual one.

You are running the game on GPU that is below the minimum requirements listed on the Steam store page. (And therefore, you are running the game on non supported hardware). Using such hardware can result in issues you are describing.
As for the experimental working but stable not, there are various differences between the clients and also both clients use different configuration files. We suggest that you check that your configuration files are the same for both versions (C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ Exp), however, we still cannot guarantee stability on non supported hardware.
