Fishing in various lakes only ever yields Mackerel, not carp. Sea fishing works and Mackerel is caught.

This was working 2 patches ago in EXP, the last patch added a lot of code for Bait/Hook I see

Sure, boots might still be caught but mackerel in pond is not right :D
