Head Damage Zone is Not Regenerating Health

Description

The Head damage zone is not regenerating its Health if it is damaged.

Although the player modifier, HealthRegenMdfr, is regenerating all other damage zones (e.g. Torso, RightArm, LeftFoot, etc.), it is missing the Head damage zone.

Since this damage zone is fatal, player characters who have taken damage to the Head and have allowed time for their Health to regenerate (at least their GlobalHealth), are prone to instant death from another hit to the Head; even damage that would otherwise not be fatal to a character with full "Head" Health.

  1. Do non-lethal damage to a character's Head damage zone
  2. Wait for a period of time to allow for Health regeneration
  3. Check character's Head damage zone's Health

I also verified this with custom plugin that logged player damage zone's Health and Blood (just using GetHealth("zoneName", "Health") ) when EEHitBy was triggered. I can provide those logs if needed.
