The Head damage zone is not regenerating its Health if it is damaged.
Although the player modifier, HealthRegenMdfr, is regenerating all other damage zones (e.g. Torso, RightArm, LeftFoot, etc.), it is missing the Head damage zone.
Since this damage zone is fatal, player characters who have taken damage to the Head and have allowed time for their Health to regenerate (at least their GlobalHealth), are prone to instant death from another hit to the Head; even damage that would otherwise not be fatal to a character with full "Head" Health.
