Ive recently lost sound to dayz, ive tried every possible solution i could think of, changed headsets, used my laptop speakers, changed settings of pc and of the game, and nothing happens. I simply dont have any kind of sound.

Has this started to occur after a specific DayZ update? Or possibly a software update in your computer? If the latter, could you try to roll back the software to see if that resolves the problem? Also, have you tried to re-install the sound drivers? Are you experiencing this issue in any other game or application? Is everything enabled in your windows volume mixer / sound settings? Have you been changing the sample rate of your soundcard?
And are you possibly turning speakers / headphones on/off when the game is loading?
