I assume there are increased zombies on this map. Whilst I like the idea, they were are real struggle to deal with. The server performance issues may have played a part in this, but melee combat is definitely at fault.
The forward movement that pushes you past a zombie and leaves you open for an attack, is very punishing. Especially with increased zed damage and bleeding chance (changes in 1.05/06).
The ability to push a zombie when they get that close, would be nice. Or just reduce the forward motion.
Zeds also seem capable of hitting you from a greater distance than their reach. Yet we can’t even hit them in the head from behind. A bit of balance in that area would be a welcome addition.
Honestly, there’s a lot to like about the zeds, but melee (the most effective way we deal with them) still needs a few tweaks,
