My friend is having trouble connecting to any server while using his mobile phone as a hotspot. Every time he tries to join he gets a timeout error. He can't play with his normal internet as his ping is far too high to play. He has tried using his mobile phone as a wireless hotspot and USB tethered hotspot but both produce the same issue. He has tried pinging the dedicated server IP addresses and nothing was out of the ordinary so we are very confused as to what the issue could be. Any help is appreciated.
