Steps To Reproduce

Swap one rotated item on your inventory with one non-rotated on your hand, on the ground or anywhere else using your mouse and the blue rectangle option after dragging one item on top of another.

Sure!
While I was recording the issue (first video) I realize another effect on swapping rotated items that makes items disappear (second video).
