When swapping items from the hands, it causes the hands no longer be able to pick-up items from the ground or containers, though items may still be taken into inventory and then into the hands, though not always. The only way to fix this its to completely reload the game, as logging out and back into the session will cause the server to load, however you will have zero control over the character until you force-close the game to reload.

Steps To Reproduce
1: have any container with multiple items of any kind. 2: take one of the item and place it directly into your hand's slot. 3: take any other item from the same container and move it over the "Swap" option in the hands slot as you normally would to swap the item in your hands for the one in the container. This will then cause the glitch.

+100% Sometimes I don’t even have time to notice how the problem begins to play on the character. Sometimes it seems that this can have any sequence of actions in the inventory. In the last week, I played on a server with a low load, only 3-8 players on the server, and this happened even when I was alone on the server.
The problem never occurs at the beginning of the game, but after one hour (or more) it is expected.
