I have a damaged NBC jacket. I've tried with each repair kit to repair the NBC jacket. Sewing kit, Leather kit, Ductape doesnt repair the jacket. While repair kit either of them, in hand and NBC jacket in vicinity it has a inventory combine option but the animation repair button isn't there when out of inventory screen. NBC jacket isn't repairable.

Other items as well are not repairable also, check all repairing options and animations for every item/object repairable.
