When I try to swap my clothes of any type with those on the ground I lose my items in it and they disappear. It happened several times and also happened to my friends

Happened to my friend last night on official servers.
Was in a small vendor shack, swapped coats, lost coat with all equipment.
If this can't be fixed, I suggest removing the proximity looting through nearby walls/floors limit that was introduced in 1.05.
We were in Kamensk at the shack by the ski lifts.
