Game continually Crashes at same point

Description

Whenever I am in the tutorial, it crashes at the same point and I get the following message:
0x0000005 STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION.

Did all the things your company said to do on the website. Who wants to spend their day off trying to make a game work?

Brand new Windows 10 PC with plenty of RAM and a good graphics card.

It haven't crashed to me during playing of Bootcamp. I have forwarded your dumps to our porgrammers. We will see what they will find. Thanks for the report.
