Game lag - 0% GPU usage when switching guns

Description

The game usually lags when im switching guns. It appears that when my inventory is full, the problem becomes more severe. Using MSI Afterburner it seems that the GPU usage is dropping to 0% while I switch guns and/or when I open doors when my gun is out. Happens consistently as I get more loot, and I'm sure that the problem isnt hardware related

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
RX 580 8GB
16gigs 2666mhz
game in on SSD

Also, game is NOT on new experimetal version, tests were done in the latest 1.04 patch as of 08/28/19

Get as much military loot as possible and as many guns one can fit at a time, switch guns and the lag will appear briefly

Can you please check on the experimental version as well? Also, has this occurred on a modded or non modded server?
