Hello dasteynartist.
Can you please provide us with a dxdiag file from your computer? Also, has this issue started to occur suddenly and were you able to play previously without the issue? If so, were there any software changes on your computer recently that could cause the issue? Have you tried to do a clean install of latest video drivers or older version to see if it has any effect on the issue? Have you tried to re-install the game?

Hello Geez... May I add, and not to blow my own bugal... I am of I.T background, so I dare to say I have I.T. knowledge... with regards to any software or hardware changes nothing has changed.. I played the one day, and when I connected the next day my character was like this... I uninstalled dayz, re-installed, unsubscribed to mods, re subscribed etc etc... still the same... I have reistalled the display drivers yet no joy.. :-) I will gladly supply you with the dxdiag file. please let me know where to send it to
