place item in quickbar and rotate it in inventory, if you place other items near you first item in inventory , and take it hands - Quickbar is red now
and you cant take other items from quickbar in hands. You can take them only when you place your first item in inventory - you can place it using its hotkey, even if it is red

Steps To Reproduce
Place item (1) and other items on quickbar
rotate item (1)
place some items near item (1) in the inventory
take item (1) in hands using hotbar
now hotbar says that you cant place it back in inventory using hotbar (red icon), but you can
other items has orange icons and you can swap them
