The Gunter has too little torque to drive up most roads. I have been driving around dirt roads on the west side of the map a fair bit and any slope past the bare minimum requires a long run up and prayer. I think this car, even if it is meant to be weak, should be able to drive up the majority of hills if on a dirt road in 1st gear, even if it is slow to do so.
