over half my chars are unplayable because of this
take an item, could be the firefighter jacket, says 15 kg's if you mmb press it for specs it says 7 kg, the list of items this affects is so long.
ballistic vest (inherent pouches) 14 kg if you mmb press it for specs it says 7 kg
when items are merged, the base weight of the base item is added to the total weight.
1pn51 base 2 kg, with batt = 4 kg
plate carrier 12 kg, with emty pouches = 25 kg

Hello Flindal.
There has been an issue with the weight stacking incorrectly when items were attached. That issue has been resolved internally and will appear on public version in one of the future updates. This should greatly improve the current issues with the inappropriate stamina reduction. The firefighter jacket should weight 7 kilograms as shown in the mmb description and it has been corrected internally as well, same goes for the ballistic vest.
