When i open up my Steam Overlay with CTRL + TAB, close the Overlay again with ESC and click on an item in my Inventory every item will get dropped on the ground unless i ALT + TAB to the Screen and back into a game which fixes it.

CTRL + TAB to open up Steam Overlay, Press ESC to get back to the game, open Inventory, click on any item which results in dropping the item
