Playing a few minutes after joining, I can't eat, drink or any other action with holding left mouse button. After rejoining it works again.

Steps To Reproduce
Few minutes after joining to server and playing. Try to eat or drink or someother action with left mouse button.
Case 1: you're eating unlimited, but nothing happend. No increase of food but unlimited action.
Case 2: Char won't start to do the action

Hey,
seems to be on other server too. But not so often as on my preferred server. Can be a problem in synchronization between Client and server. Client changes item in hand but server seems to ignore it.
Take item manually to backpack and change another one slowly seems to work a bit better.
