1.03.151552 Stable:

Friend and I have logged in after the update, our Stamina was > 30% on logging off, it is now < 5%.
We're guessing it's related to the fix for attaching chemlights (neither of us had any).

It seems most of the incorrect weight is from the Backpack. I had a half full backback with pretty standard items (i.e. no large car parts) and it drop an extreme amount of my total Stamina.
