We have noticed that players not wearing night vision goggles are affected by players who have theirs.

For the player not having NVG, the surrounding area becomes much darker as soon as another player has their NVG switched on. The effect is reversed when it's switched off again.
We haven't tested if this happens server wide or just within close range.
