this is my pc specs and im having problems running dayz on my pc even at low settings.

Processor: AMD 8350 4.0ghz
RAM Corsair 8GB DDR3 1833
Motherboard Asus M5A97 2.0 EVO
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64bit
Video Card: EVGA GTX 1060 3GB

i have the game set to low settings and i get 100 fps in open fields, 60 in cities, and very low fps at nwaf to the point where my pc just lags all accross the nw airfield and is unplayable. i have the settings set to 720p and everything low or off. i dont think this game has ever been optimized for my hardware

Have you always had this issue or did it begin recently?
How is your disk access when this occurs?
It sounds like your system handles DayZ well but when your 8 GB of RAM gets used up, it starts to use the paging file instead.
Try and terminate background processes or get more RAM.
