After rotating an item in your inventory to it’s unoriginal orientation (e.g. making a wide item tall and vice versa), if you try to then move this item to a container (e.g. a cars inventory), it will occupy the correct cells, but the item will revert to its original orientation in appearance starting from the leftmost cell.
