Elongated head glitch

Description

As you can see in the image I uploaded, there's a really bad head glitch. It actually take damage when hitting the long head, no matter how you're wearing or the position of the body. I hope you can figured how to fix it out soon.

I'm not sure how it starts, but you notice your hair start getting out of your helmet or hat and when sitting down o laying down your head elongated so bad. And there's no way to fix it in the game. Nor restarting the game nor veriying the files.

Additional Information

PC UPDATE 1.03 (LATEST VERSION) the one who added belts.
