The area in which you can see loot on zombies has dramatically decreased in exp 1.03.

Standing over a zombie, it's possible to see that there are items via the +symbol, but when you go to the vicinity menu, you cannot see the zombies inventory. Not without adjusting your position. The area needs to be increased.
