Currently the Zamak MRL has no threat assigned to it, inheriting from it's non-lethal counterparts, a threat level should be specifically assigned to the MRL variant.

This also breaks some scripts attempts to dynamically sell/price vehicles based on threat without making an exception for this vehicle.
