Just spent 3 hours collecting the parts for the Olga and despite this we cannot use it. The olga has 3 wheels, a battery, radiator and spark plug. We have 4 cans of oil, a jerry can and plenty of water yet no option to refuel it.

I have found 4 cars so far and each had the same issue. 2 on .exp and 2 on stable.
Changing Reproducibility from Have Not Tried to Always as a result.

An update to this:
Found a offroad with everything - 4 wheels, a radiator, spark plug and battery.
We could not fill it with oil or water (no prompts) despite the levels being low.
We had a prompt to fill it with gas but the circle closed immediately and it would not fill
Relog did not fix the issue.
