Playing on the AU experimental server I have been looking for Lada tires and radiator for 8 hours, having checked every shed and garage in Zelenogorsk twice in two sessions as well as every shed in Drozhino, Pogorevka, Pulkovo, Rogovo, Bor and Sosnovka. In this time I have seen 0 tires and 0 radiators. The spawn rate for these items seems to be too low.
