I know you are trying to improve server performance. Have you looked at the wire netting and generators? They are persistent in any state. And if you look at how many of those items are around and the server has to sort could they be a bit of a problem? If the netting was classed as persistent when erected and filled with earth and the generator when a spark plug has been fitted are classed as persistent might this not help?
