Tried with several freshly spawned cars on community server 54.36.126.101:2602.

Do you experience this issue only on that specific server or on every server? And could you try to make a video of the issue for us?

I can confirm same issue on community server 195.4.104.80:2302
Even cars that worked fine before are affected.
Edit: Cars are working again. (Same as jumping, which was not possible.)
next Edit: Sunday morning: Cars not working again. Jumping not possible. Tried to restart the server several times, but no change.
